Actually, LeeAnn was cooking on a Jedmaster I think. And when I cook on my FE at a contest, I have my trusty, handy-dandy, marine battery and converter. I never depend on a contest's electric for my smoker. Even if they have electriciy, someone always turns on a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. and blows a breaker. Don't need that!
