I am kind of on the outside here, but I will give you what I do. The turkey needs to be about 16lbs or less. Spatchcock it (save the backbone for stock) and flatten it out. I don't normally brine, but I inject it well with a garlic butter/stock mix. Season well with your favorite rub and smoke about 235 - 250. Done in about 4 - 4 1/2 hours. Rest and slice. Butterflying it out like that really cuts the cooking time. It doesn't present as well but it still tastes great and cooks quicker.
