I just finished a reverse flow with vertical, side burners, charcoal grill and I used a 3500# drop axle. I changed the left side spring from 1750# rating to a 2200# rated spring because the left side was lower. This may help you. I always use trailer tires and I never use truck or car tires. I am starting a 41 X 15' reverse flow offset, vertical, gas/electric lights and storage. A four burner stove with a propane motor fuel tank for the stove. The rig will be approx 32 feet long and will have tandum axles. I calculate the weight of the rig will be approx 4000#.
