Thanks John. I'm also going to add it to my blog and Facebook page. (Not sure if I can do that. Remember, I scored '0' on the geek test!). ;-) or a very good salesman. But I make up for it with effort! lol
We've had good response so far. Have a hotel deal all figured out. Also for anyone that attends can take 10% off a FEC from Cookshack.
Of course, we also take donations of product, that we will be putting together as a gift bag for the students. I'm working with my promotional gal about something special.
And specifically, the class is also a fundraiser for my 501c3 foundation. So this is for cancer research and for those that are fighting this horrible disease. Folks will be able to take a tax deduction from the entry! While we don't expect too many expenses, I'm trying to keep it at 100% will be going for my bbq teams cause!
Did I mention that the chicken man himself, Mike 'Quau' Wozniak will be a very special guest chicken instructor? Mike is a special guy. He is donating his expertise for my cause. So how cool is all of that! Thanks Mike and Beth!
Just trying to make a difference folks. Yesterday, I cut checks for $27500 in donations for my foundations. One of my best days of the year folks. And a lot of our success as a foundation has to do with bbq folks that I met through forums and being out on the circuit. So thanks to y'all (southern speak) for our best year yet!
