I think common sense dictates that if you're turning 2(or 3) different kinds of something, be it white/dark chicken, sliced/pulled/chopped pork, sliced brisket/burnt ends, you should include enough of each to go around the table.
No one likes to be left out....even judges.
...but that's just me.
