I happen to agree with you on this. I think that the contests were over and the winners announced. Now if a keying error was found that's one thing but if a team competed and won and then was not allowed to keep the money on a technicality I'd be pretty upset. But apparently the violater and a BOD member proposed the solution at least that's what's in the October minutes. And in as much as the terms of the agreement were not met as of the Feb BOD meeting a resultion was passed.
Wonder why we're not hearing about problems from AZ? I'd bet lawyers.
