Misc category rules

Contest Organizers, please post the rules for your miscellaneous categories, such as dessert, on your web site or include it in the contest info. It's no fun participating in a contest where you don't know the rules up front. I've been to too many contests where the rules are announced, or completely changed, at the cooks' meeting. I believe this should be a KCBS requirement. I know they are not a KCBS category, but the KCBS could make the organizer have some rules in place for these extra categories.
