I have a homemade smoker does pretty good job.Thinking about buying my son one and was looking at ole hickory the small one cto I think was what i looked at on the net.Can anyone shed light on this unit? He is wanting to do catering and is knowledgable about BBQ Any help is appreciated. Thanks
