Hey brother, you have park rental, KCBS fees, sanctioning fess, reps, hotel rooms, website, advertising, printing, mail, travel expenses, electricity, security, trash pick up, $50k in music and entertainment, administrative fees, salaries and on and on...And if you knew how many man hours went into this, you'd go broke. Most folks think gross profit instead of net profit. Wish you were right, but we rely on beer sales and other revenue streams. If it rains your SOL. Big....HUGE risk we take to put these events on.
