Look or ask for the Halal or cow ribeyes, that's how they're labeled here at the St Paul, MN store. You can buy 1 roll for a more premium price of 30c or so more a pound to see if you like them (that's what I did) and get a whole case the next time if you do. Silver skin stands out a bit more but not that bad.
