Great pic, Chris. Thank Kenny for the sauce suggestion. I have several more halibut pieces to try that out on. As luck would have it, I have all those ingredients except the "good" stuff. I'm sure my Quervo Gold would NEVER do...especially by your standards. LOL. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
