I have no pertinent information regarding the best slicer made or whatever. I would put this out there if you don't already know the whole gambit of info on the best slicer made, best bang for buck, most durable, blah blah blah, you don't need a slicer.

Standing wager, I'll put $50 bucks against any two guys and their slicer against me, Dennis and my knife, first team through #50 of flats sliced in the pan abd all cleaned up takes it. Side bar, mine will have better doneness to thickness quotient than yours any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

PS Electric knives count too, if you need and electric knife to cut your brisket you need cooking lessons!!
