Secret Ingredients...

There was a thread a few days ago, started by Ray, talking about that secret rub or injection ingredient that makes your "Q" stand out from all the rest...Well, I found a place, On-line, that specializes in all kinds of powdered ingredients. I made a post the other day about Powdered Vinegar as a pork rub ingredient because I just bought some. Today, I just ordered up some Powdered Worcestershire, which I'm thinking just might be an interesting ingredient for a beef rub. I am by no means trying to advertise for this source of powdered ingredients, but they have some interesting stuff...powdered wine...even powdered smoke. Just thought I'd share this with all you great folks out there!
