Almost ready!

Well, fortunately the newest Q is doing very well and has not left much time for competition bbq, but we are leaving for Memphis today. I am bringing both of my Jambos, which I cleaned and restocked with Hickory yesterday. Since we cannot bring the rv, all supplies and equipment have been loaded into totes. Mike Richter will pull the Grillvette and I will pull the new one(still in need of a name). This will be the first time for Cool Smoke in Memphis and we all hope to have fun, which I am sure we will as Jamie will be with us! I am cooking in shoulders category, cooking 4 on each pit. Excited to go! We have good wood, great meat, awesome pits, friends and family. I hope to seem some of you there. Good luck!
