i thought it was interesting that he insisted dry smoked worked so good. maybe i'll try some that way too. soaking sounds good if they dry back out. thanks for the tips don, do you like them?

ps-it was a busy weekend, but he spotted me in the bleachers of thousands. it was a very proud moment for both of us.
