regarding the peanuts, never tried them myself, like the concept.
didn't realize he had tried both wet and dry... thought he just tossed them in dry cause.
i'd still try various wets and definitely a dry and a second dry with the rub.
smoked almonds are killers too, i'll post two recipes separately as they're too long for here.
