I dont understand.....why dont you do alot of cookin,invite folks to your house to eat and trust their taste buds,you dont need no flippin judges class to figure it out.If its tender folks will let you know,if its good folks will also let you know and if its tough and dont taste good they will let you know.I ainbt never took no judges class,aint paid those $500.00-#750.00 cookin classes and at least we had the right seasoning on our chicken at whistlestop .In other words practice,practice,practice
