It's like adding brandy or wine to deglaze a pan to make a sauce or gravy. When it's done you shouldn't say, "wow taste that booze" it adds to the finished sauce. Same with the apple juice thing, it should sweeten things up to ADD to the whole thing, not be it. Shouldn't taste just like apple juice. The blue bottle, Parkay or the Yellow one I can't believe it's butter, should give a richer, buttery back drop, not take over. It's all about balancing flavors, not taking over. My angle on it anyway. It's also good adding to hot sauce for wings and such.
