Cooking difference - Prime vs Choice

I wanted to try my hand at Prime grade briskets. I've only cooked choice briskets for competitions in the past. My guess is my cook time will be a little shorter with Prime. How much different will the cook time be if my normal process is to cook at 225, wrap at 170 internal and cook til it's tender? My cook time is usually 10 hours.

Also, I know brisket is done when it's done. When cooking choice briskets, I find them to be done around 197 - 205. Should I expect the same with a Prime brisket?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers!
Chris
