Been here about 8 or 9 times and have tried many enjoyable places. Got it a little late last nite and went straight to Jack Stack's because I love their Crown ribs and their lamb ribs. You just don't get those very many places anywhere else in the country. I like the beans and slaw, too. But the high light of the trip was getting to meet, face to face, the creator of RSM. My wife and I drove out to Olathe this morning to meet him, Mr. Salmon. Rick, it was a pleasure. Thank you. The BBQ Store next to Oklahoma Joes is the best I've ever gotten to visit. Picked up an awesome rib rack and grill brush. We then headed out to Indepedence to Truman's home. Found a little place called Gregory G's BBQ. Wonderful brisket sandwich, and we tried 3 very well done spares and some good beans. We're headed back to the museum tomorrow to visit the Korean War display. May just do Gregory's again for lunch. Had a big wedding this evening. So the question is... What Q for tomorrow evening's supper?
