Boneless Boston Butt????

HELP!

I just unpackaged twin Boston Butts that I got from a butcher. (new supplier to me). I was mortified to see that the bone had been removed. It's too late now to rectify the situation, so I'm going to smoke them tomorrow. I need some tips so as not to screw it up. Many thanks to anyone who can lend some advice. (other than find a new butcher!)
