I'm sure there are instructions with all of the products. If not...Imagine a 1" grid over the entire surface of the grid. Inject in the center of each of the squares. I think about 1 oz is right but you will get a feel for how much your particular cut of beef will take.

If you go with Butcher's get a syringe or 2 from him, they work great. I'd ask with the other folks what they reccomend for injecting.
