For Father's Day (actually on Saturday, the day before) I smoked a packer cut beef brisket (15lb, smallest they had!), smoked pork tenderloin, and three kinds of smoked sausage. The sausage, especially the spicy italian sausage was my father's favorite, though most were digging on the brisket.
