I'm back with a new project!!

So I have a class that is called foodservice marketing and we have a project that we are to design a menu and build a restaurant from the ground up. We have to form a business plan that entails in depth marketing, purchasing equipment, get it approved by the healt dept, menu costing and developing, interior desing, anything you can think of for a restaurant, and then propose it to investors to see if we would get it approved. I had to pull a few teeth but I got approved to do a Q joint. I am really hoping to get the help that I need and got on my last project. Alot of questions are sure to follow about yields, equipment, and menu development. So far the name I am thinking is Bee-Q's. I dont think there is a place out there named Bee-Q's but if there is please let me know!! I found an old gasstation that is for sale at a very busy intersection in town. Just went out of business because of a big shell down the street!! This is my start and I hope to get help. Thanks!!
