That's what has been reported. The Gulf problems, cancel this year and after the impact of the spill has been evaluated, bring it up again next year. Way everyones been posting, Merl was responsible for the BP explosion and subsequent oil spill. Damn, didn't know he had that kind of influence, power or reach. Better watch out for him.
