The Blue Ridge BBQ Festival in Tryon is on for 2011. The Polk County Chamber of Commerce again will be the sponsor. The festival chairman is a bbq man, former bbq restaurant owner and competition team member of the Parrotheads, Chuck Britton. Churck was mintored by Blindog, but well, what can we say. See you in June.
