I have two follow up questions. Please feel free to point me to a link on kcbs website if this info exists and I just cannot find it. (I am never afraid of RTFM if the M exists somewhere)

How does one comment?

2. In looking at the August BOD Meeting agenda, I do not see any rule changes listed in regards to cooks. Am I looking in the wrong place, or were no rule changes relating to cooks considered this year?
