If you were accross from them, how do you know what they did after they picked the meat up. Pay attention to your own smoker. We always critize our own failures when someone else fails the same way.
What are you really trying to say?? Pay attention to your own smoker? Man, we are feeding other people, and so are the ones that drop their S#*%. No harm, no foul in your mind? You gonna go sample that brisket when he calls you over at 1:15 to see what you think of it? Are you? WTF.
