My method is very similar to ksgoodolboy's. Half dove breast wrapped in bacon. I do some w/ onion, some w/ jalapeno and some plain. We usually have kids around at our events and some don't like the onion or jalapeno. Haven't tried the pineapple chunk, but it sounds good. I have dusted them with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head rub. We spray ours with Dr. Pepper. There are never any leftovers.
