Seems to me that an awful lot of sauces and mops just keep getting more and more complicated...seems the first ingredient "added" to Q was salt...then,everyone who tasted it thought"wow,that's pretty good,but what it really needs is...."Game On!
Fas forward a few thousand years and now we have sauce an mop recipes that are as thick as the family Bible.
Just seems to me 5-7 ingredients should cover it,Base included.
Don't get me wrong,Q'n is a great sport and i love it and have a lot of respect for guys who make a science out'v it,but i keep runnin' outta ink printin' these recipes.
