BBQ Comp. trailer ideas and suggestions?

I am exploring the idea of getting an enclosed trailer and setting it up for competitions. Any ideas or suggestons you have to create the ultimate rolling comp. rig would be appreciated. I would like to know what size trailer you think would be best and how you would equip it. I will be hauling 3 BGE's on a rolling cart and possibly another cooker with lets say a 3x4 footprint. I will be hauling it with a Ford F150.

I'm thinking disco lighting, brass pole, killer sound however, but for some reason the wife doesn't like this idea. Maybe start with a fridge and some kind of wash station?
