Hey, Steve, whatta ya' mean by "judges need to be be split up by years of experience?" Where I rep, when we seat a judges tent, we spend a great deal of time trying to level the judging "talent" at each table, e.g., no spouses, no family members, no teammates, etc., together, then novice judges, experienced judges, ladies, master judges, get spread evenly. And, on and on. Yes, that all takes time, and that's why judges meetings in the mid-Atlantic contests are starting earlier and earlier, much to some people's chagrin. I hope that's what you meant by "split up." Good Q'en On Ya'. John
