I really like having doors on both sides of the cooker to work the meat with the Lang. For a big cooker, I also would rather have the Lang doors without pneumatic assist and no rope seals to maintain. I have a Lang 84, Stump 2x3 offset, and a Baby stump and they are all good cookers. I certainly prefer a gravity feed over stick burner, but that is not what you asked. ;)
