When they come around and inspect our meat, I open a cooler and that is all they look at. Now we might have three coolers sitting around, so what's to say I don't have finished product in the others.
I have told them before that we have meat for dinner and they say it's OK.
This rule is only as good as the cooks make it out to be. Who's to say what goes on in Motorhomes, ez-ups and home kitchens.
