Think you're missing my point...I don't think anything. We do several events and at everyone of them many of the teams say the same thing....why check meat when there could be meat marinading inside the trailer, RV, whatever. You're not going to stop a cheater. The rules are to inspect the meat to make sure it is raw and the proper temperature. Inspecting meat doesn't mean anything other than you're seeing what the cook teams want to show you....does that make sense? Since you can't search the RV's or trailers, blah, blah, I asked does that make inspecting obsolete....Never said it was obsolete. Just asking a question brother. If you feel it's a waste of time, you have the choice of not answering. We're just getting other opinions.
