Call around to some of the shipping stores in your area. They might have styrofoam shipping boxes made for shipping food, etc. The styrofoam box once filled w/ the frozen meat and some frozen gel packs in it will fit inside the matching cardboard box. Just don't get a box that is too big - less cooling effeciency and more expensive to ship. I have done this several times. I am also lucky in that i live near the airport and wait till UPS is about to close then i drop off the package. No reason to drop the package off too early and have it sit before it gets on the plane.
