Here is the plan, 50 people chunked pork, pulled pork sandwiches, cheesy fiesta corn, baked beans. Is it save to say that I should buy 50 lbs of raw product so that by the time it cooks I have 25 lbs of cooked product? that would be 2lbs of meat per person plus sides. what is the norm for travel fees its about 4 hours away (wives friends).
