It's a question of capacity vs. convenience. The 26.75 will hold a ton of stuff. The Performer is fast and easy to use and very flexible plus it has a side work space. Love my Performer and use it almost as much as my pellet cooker (Memphis).
Try to figure out what's going to be highes priority.
