thanks for coming through with the gator meat! looks like this is the real deal for sure. i'm gonna have to "beef up" your return package, because you sent enough gator meat to feed an army :).
now the question- it arrived frozen, and i'm thawing out one package for dinner tonight. i assume this is tail meat? it looks like a fish or chicken filet. my experience with alligators here in iowa is limited to the blank park zoo, and they don't allow hunting there. so, how should i prepare this creature? i don't think i have a gator rub on the shelf.
