I'm not so sure that a fancy KCBS office is a great plan.

What percentage of the membership would ever have occasion to go there? Perhaps members living in states like Oregon, Florida, Maine and Arizona would be better served by programs that more directly benefit them. Of course that's assuming the idea is to use these funds to benefit the membership at large.
