I think 225 is way too low to cook prime rib.

300 works better for me. I cook to 120 or so internal and then let rest for about 20 minutes. The roast will go to 125 plus for a perfect medium rare.

I'm an "it's done when it's done" guy. But I'd figure an hour and a half or so(check it with the pen at an hour)...
