one more thing. If you are doing a longer burn in the gasser, obviously you'll use indirect, but have a few foil packs on hand. As pack starts to go, remove and add another. 2-3 packs are usually plenty. I make them about the size of a pound of butter, maybe a bit more. Or the size of a couple beers stacked, plenty big.
