its cooking @ 220 for the most part

ok i'll get rid of the water pan

the bb are around 18-22oz so thats 1lb+ each but under 2lbs

i have cooked it longer and been rotating the racks just drys out he meats. plus i have tried spraying the bb with apple juice.

i've done the usual pull out of the fridge till room temp. flipping the ribs while cooking

i'll take a picture of those bb when i get a chance
