i'll try that setting tomorrow in my next cook.
when you wrapped your ribs what did you put with it?
apple juice, cider vinegar, water? or nothing?
basically your steaming it a little bit to make it more tender right?
why do some ppl wrap and some ppl dont.
what are the pros and cons.
