FYI there was no written policy for the replacement of a board member who quit midterm, it was at the discretion of the Presidet and the board, it was motioned and voted on by all members of the board of directors to decide on a policy so that there was no favortism, only a steadfast policy step by step as to a fair way to handle..... everyone who voted in this past election was allowed to vote for (4) four persons on the ballot, this is the standard policy and did not change for this election, the additional unoccupied position was filled by the person who got the most points after the (4th)forth regular position. Arlie Bragg had the (5th) fifth highest number of votes and will continue the remaining 2 years of a past board member.
