Doing a fund raiser for a young man battling cancer. They want tri tip, beans and coleslaw. They want to sell combonation plates containing each item for $7.00. I was wondering what would be an appropriate amount of each item to serve. In the past, when doing dinners at work, we do 5 oz meat, 4 oz per side, but I don't know if this is appropriate amount for a chary vending event. Would appreciate any advice, for we want to do the best we can for the guy!
