Maybe having one cooler hidden with injected/marinated meat in it and one cooler ready for meat inspection?
Maybe propane assist or weed burner in the pit in the middle of the night?
Pork cut down smaller than 5lbs?
Money muscles pulled off when they hit the right temp & leaving the rest on the smoker to finish?
Just some easy things to try and get away with.
