Here you go,
2 lbs Jimmy Dean Hot browned and chunked, not taco meat
drain reserving grease and reserve sausage.
measure 1/4 cup grease, add butter if not 1/4 cup and return to pan with 1/4 cup all purpose flour and whisk over medium heat until smooth paste and flour taste cooks out. (not a dark roux) add whole milk 1/2 cup at a time whisking until smooth. Add milk 1/2 cup at a time until desired consistancy (about 1/2 gallon) season with coursr ground black pepper and 2 teaspoons Golden Toad Prime Steak Rub or comperable steak rub. Add browned sausage back to gravy. should yeald 15 1/2 cup servings.
Make sure ahead that pan can hold 1/2 gallon while stirring.
