Sorry about all the stuff below that didn't answer your question. I have a microwave recipe if you want it. It's actually very good. Probably makes enough for 6 servings, so it would be easy to double or triple, and the white gravy is really excellent. Just spice it up as you want.
1/2 # bulk pork sausage
1/4 cup ap flour
2 cups milk
salt & pepper / seasonings as desired
Crumble sausage in casserole, cook (high) covered with wax paper 5 minutes, stirring at the end of 3 min. Stir in flour, mix well, then add milk. Cook uncovered (high) stirring 2 or 3 times until boiling.
Continue cooking 3 0r 4 minutes. Season as desired with salt and pepper or your favorite Cajun spices...
Serve over split hot biscuits. Enjoy the rest of your day!
