If it was mine and was hiring my 1st Question to you would be just how much time do you have cooking BBQ and i dont mean hamburgers hot dogs and steaks on a grill i mean time on a pit / smoker and what kinda of pits and I mean BBQ ribs brisket pork chicken sausage ? one could be a great chef and not know how to cook good bbq.
